If you are gifting something special to someone special, we are happy to send your purchase directly to the gift recipient. We can gift wrap your purchase and add a gift tag which we will happily write a message in for you. Leave a message with the details in the special instruction box at checkout.
GREER VICTORIA. offers free delivery within New Zealand for all orders over $85. Orders under $85 will be charged a flat fee of $9.90 including track and trace. For security reasons, a signature is required for all deliveries.
We will send an email containing a consignment number and tracking ID. Simply follow the link in the email to track the delivery of your parcel.
Once your order has shipped, please allow 2-3 business days for delivery depending on your location.
Rural areas in New Zealand, delivery can take up to 4 business days.
Please note: In some instances we can not guarntee 2-4 day delivery, as there can be unexpected delays which are unavoidable, however we are optimistic at heart and trust this will happen very rarely.
If you’re not present when the delivery arrives, a notice will be left at your address providing details of alternate delivery or pick-up arrangements.
Please be aware that some styles may not be available at the time of dispatch, particularly during sale or high demand periods like Christmas. If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you if we are unable to fulfil your order and do our best to get you the piece you desire as soon as possible.
