PAYMENT:
Purchases through our online store are processed via Paypal. Enter your credit card details when completing the order and you will be charged to the value of your purchase in New Zealand dollars.
Payment is also available via bank transfer – please contact us directly to arrange.
DELIVERY:
GREER VICTORIA. offers free delivery within New Zealand for all orders over $85. Orders under $85 will be charged a flat fee of $9.90 including track and trace. For security reasons, a signature is required for all deliveries.
We will send an email containing a consignment number and tracking ID. Simply follow the link in the email to track the delivery of your parcel.
Once your order has shipped, please allow 2-3 business days for delivery depending on your location.
Rural areas in New Zealand, delivery can take up to 4 business days.
Please note: In some instances we can not guarantee 2-4 day delivery, as there can be unexpected delays which are unavoidable, however we are optimistic at heart and trust this will happen very rarely.
If you’re not present when the delivery arrives, a notice will be left at your address providing details of alternate delivery or pick-up arrangements.
Please be aware that some styles may not be available at the time of dispatch, particularly during sale or high demand periods like Christmas. If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you if we are unable to fulfil your order and do our best to get you the piece you desire as soon as possible.

RETURNS:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 20 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to meeting the requirements of our refund policy.
Items should be returned in their original packaging with the original product tags attached and with all paperwork/Invoice.
All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is processed. We refund you the same way that you initially paid for your order, excluding any delivery charges, within 15 business days of receiving your returned item.
EXCHANGE:
If a product is unsatisfactory, we can offer to exchange it for another one (i.e. a different size or colour etc) or another product of the same value. Generally proof of purchase is required in order to get an exchange.Please note, as mentioned above, products returned or exchanged must be in a resalable condition with packaging intact and all labels etc returned with the item.
FAULTY:
If the item you have received is faulty, please email our team at Greer.victoria@hotmail.com and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
HEADBANDS:
Headbands are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for reasons of hygiene and safety, unless faulty.

Any efforts to prejudice the rights of GREER VICTORIA. are unacceptable and may result in legal action.
